One 10g serving contains 5g BCAA (2:1:1 ratio) and 3.5g L-glutamine. BCAA aids in protein synthesis, reduces muscle breakdown, restores tissues after intense workouts, and provides energy to muscles. L-glutamine supports muscle growth, nitrogen balance, protein metabolism, the immune system, and gut health.
