Ingredients: wheat flour, whey protein concentrate (from milk) 20%, whey powder (from milk), oatmeal, whole milk powder, egg powder, flavorings, sodium bicarbonate, thickener – xanthan gum, spices (cinnamon, cloves, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, allspice, coriander, black pepper), emulsifier – lecithins (from soy), sweetener – sucralose.
