Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a natural, free fatty acid. Small amounts of this acid can be found in meat and dairy products. Since the body cannot synthesize this substance on its own, it must be obtained through food. Conjugated linoleic acid supplements are most often made from Safflower Oil. Conjugated linoleic acid is currently one of the most popular food supplements used to help maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood. It is an excellent alternative for those who do not want to use fat burners with stimulants, e.g., caffeine.

Green tea extract – is obtained from the leaves of Camellia sinensis plants. Green tea may have similar positive properties to caffeine, but it is not a strong stimulant.
