Ashwagandha is a medicinal plant from Southeast Asia, used in many traditional medicine practices as an ancient adaptogen. Although it is not a ginseng family plant, it is often called Indian ginseng because it is used in Ayurvedic medicine in the same way as ginseng in Chinese medicine.
Thanks to its capsule form, BiotechUSA Ashwagandha is easy to take and carry anywhere, and even one capsule contains an optimal amount of the plant.
Ashwagandha, also known as winter cherry (or Indian ginseng). This shrub is most common in India and Nepal; its flowers are small and green, and its ripe fruits are reddish-orange. It is one of the few relaxing (non-stimulating) adaptogenic plants.

Filler (calcium phosphates), ashwagandha extract 27.7% [ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract, maltodextrin], capsule shell [gelatin, glazing agent (shellac), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulator (ammonium hydroxide), acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).
