BiotechUSA Fiber Mix 225g
BiotechUSA Fiber Mix contains well-known fiber sources such as Psyllium Husk and glucomannan, also known as konjac extract. Psyllium husk is an excellent water-soluble dietary fiber, often used as a thickener because it effectively absorbs water and swells several times its own weight. Glucomannan, as part of a low-calorie diet, helps reduce weight and maintain normal cholesterol levels.
In addition to the aforementioned fiber sources, the product also contains inulin, citrus fiber, and fructooligosaccharides. One serving of Fiber Mix contains only 10 calories!
You can consume this product on its own, mix it with water, add it to your favorite smoothie, porridge, use it as a main ingredient in a cake, or to thicken soup. If you mix Fiber Mix with yogurt, you will simultaneously nourish your body with prebiotics (water-soluble dietary fiber) and probiotics (found in yogurt).
