Carbohydrate and electrolyte solutions help maintain performance during prolonged endurance exercise and enhance water absorption. IsoTonic contains 3 types of carbohydrates, such as the well-known dextrose and sucrose. The third is Palatinose™, which increases the product's complexity. Due to their different structures, glycemic indexes, and absorption rates, these carbohydrates have varying effects on blood sugar levels. In addition, IsoTonic also contains magnesium derived from organic sources (magnesium bisglycinate). By combining it with calcium and sodium, IsoTonic offers an exceptional electrolyte content. The vitamins C and B6 in the product help reduce tiredness and fatigue, making them always a good choice during any intensity of workout. This refreshing isotonic drink not only supports hydration but, as a carbohydrate and electrolyte solution, contributes to maintaining performance during prolonged endurance exercise.
