OstroVit Beta-Alanine 200g
Beta-alanine is an organic chemical compound classified as an ergogenic substance. It is a laboratory-modified isomer of alanine, a natural amino acid found in nature. When consumed, it is used to produce carnosine, which acts as an acid buffer in the body. Carnosine, which accumulates in muscle cells, is released in response to a drop in pH (hydrogen ions), i.e., it regulates their acidity. The higher the carnosine content in the muscles, the longer training can be performed.
