Melatonin - This is a derivative of tryptophan. It occurs in our body as a hormone produced by the pineal gland. In smaller quantities, melatonin is produced by the digestive system, leukocytes or bone marrow. It is called the sleep hormone because it plays an important role in regulating sleep time. It is responsible for the feeling of drowsiness and the decrease in temperature and blood pressure during the night.

Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, starch; anti-caking agents: calcium phosphate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin.

Allergens: The product may contain traces of milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Warnings: Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the product's ingredients. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. The product should not be used as a substitute for food.
