Raw Powders L-Theanine food supplement in tablets. L-Theanine is a unique non-protein amino acid. L-Theanine has been found to enter the brain and increase the concentration of gamma-aminobutyric acid, serotonin, and dopamine. Gamma-aminobutyric acid protects the brain from irritants and has a relaxing effect. L-Theanine has a relaxing, calming effect, but does not cause drowsiness. When taken before bed, it can improve sleep quality.
