Genius Nutrition Omega-3T - fish oil in capsules.
OMEGA-3T offers the highest bioavailability because it contains the omega-3 form called triglycerides, whose benefits have been confirmed by over 8000 studies. EPA and DHA, abundant in fish oil, are essential for normal growth and development, brain function, maintaining heart health, bone and joint health, and strengthening the immune system.
Genius Nutrition® has developed the most advanced form of fish oil: OMEGA-3T. This formula is based on the pure triglyceride (TG) form, making it absorbed by the body faster compared to most commercial fish oil products where omega-3s are in the ethyl ester (EE) form.
Omega-3 ethyl ester products are more common on the market due to their lower price: this form is much cheaper to produce than OMEGA-3T (the superior triglyceride form). The production process involves molecular distillation to remove industrial contaminants (heavy metals, PCBs) present in fish oil. After this stage, the omega-3 molecules - EPA and DHA - are concentrated. After microdistillation and obtaining the purified product, manufacturers leave the concentrated omega-3 oil in EE form for one reason: cost. Converting concentrated fish oil in ethyl ester form back to the natural triglyceride (TG) form is much more expensive. Genius Nutrition® uses OMEGA-3T, a concentrated omega-3 form that is converted back into its natural triglyceride form - the best ultimate omega-3 product. Ethyl esters (EE) have been present in human food for about 20 years. Meanwhile, natural triglyceride form fish oil has been safely consumed for thousands of years.
